CANCELLATION POLICY

We want to offer you flexibility and transparency in your booking. Below we detail the cancellation and modification conditions:


1. Cancellation of the Reservation

  • We offer a moderate cancellation policy, with free cancellation* up to 7 days before arrival date.
  • If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, there will be no refund.

*A charge of 10% of the total reservation will be applied to cover associated bank charges and booking engine fees.

In case you wish to request a Non-Refundable cancellation policy, please send us an email requesting this type of cancellation. An additional 5% discount will be applied.


2. Modification of Dates

A

Guests can request changes to their reservation at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.

If the new selected date has a higher rate, the difference must be paid to confirm the change.


3. No Show

A

If the guest does not show up on the day of check-in and has not informed in advance, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without the right to a refund.


4. Force Majeure Cancellations

A

In case of exceptional circumstances such as government restrictions, health emergencies or natural disasters, an alternative may be offered:

  • Change of dates without additional cost (subject to availability). If the new date has a higher rate, the guest must pay the difference to confirm the reservation.
  • Partial refund, depending on the specific case.


5. Refund Process

A

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the same payment method used for booking.
